How much do I have to pay per month ?
The monthly fee is :

I.	50 products e-Store package costs USD 20.-/month
II.	90 products e-Store package costs USD 30.-/month
III.	150 products e-Store package costs USD 40.-/month
IV.	250 products e-Store package costs USD 50.-/month
V.	500 products e-Store package costs USD 80.-/month

At time of subscription the fee for 3 months will be collected in advance.

How do I pay for the fee after my first payment ?
You need to pay the rental fee , at least , for three months at "Membership Renewal Service". Otherwise our robot would automatically close your e-Store.

Where can I apply to open an e-Store ?
Just go to http://www.ecombot.com/ and choose Register/Online Registration/Sign-up.

How do I create my e-Store ?
You can create your e-Store immediately after you have completed the registration step. Or you can come back and do it later. (Please also see How to Create an e-Store)

What is the structure of my e-Store ?
It consists of Home, About Us, Products, Enquiry, Ordering Information, Disclaimer, Return Policy and Promotion.

How many products can I have in my e-Store ?
Our standard e-Store comes with 50 - 500 products. You can add more products with increments of 25 products.

How many styles of e-Stores are there ?
There are 5 styles of e-Stores, which are suitable for different types of products.

How many types of shopping carts are there ?
There are 5 types of shopping carts, which are
Type I : Easy Looking Cart This type of cart allows a shopper to see products in his/her shopping cart at all time.
Type II : Pop-up Cart Shoppers can see products in their cart and then go back to their product pages.
Type III : E-X-Commerce This is suitable for export trade and/or a large order.
Type IV : Single Worldwide Rate
Type V : Single Domestic Rate

eComBot™ is planning to provide more styles of e-Stores and types of shopping carts. You do not need to pay extra if you use our standard styles of e-Stores and types of shopping carts. For more details please see Demonstation e-Store.

What is the E-X-Commerce Shopping Cart and how does it work ?
It is the shopping cart system for export trade or B-to-B with product prices in F.O.B. E-X-Commerce stands for Electronic Export Commerce.

Is it difficult to create my e-Store ?
Not at all. Simply fill out your store profile and product details, and upload pictures via your web browser. After that our system will handle the rest for you.

How do I upload pictures ?
Our system allows you to easily upload pictures via your web browser.

What does the term 'pixel' mean with regard to the dimension of picture ?
Pixel is the smallest element of the image displayed on a computer screen, consisting of a simple dot which may be illuminated or dark. The number of pixels is related to the screen area. For example, if your screen area is set to 800 by 600 pixels, the width of the screen is 800 pixels. To create a picture with the width of no more than 300 pixels means that the width of the picture is no larger than 3/8 of the screen width. Likewise you can use the same measurement for the height.

How many delivery systems or couriers are there ?
Currently there are 6 types; DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS, Airmail and Single World Wide Rate. More will be added in the future.

What responsibility does eComBot™ take ?
eComBot™ is only a provider of applications and tools to create e-Stores. eComBot™ makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect under this site or its contents/products/services. eComBot™ is not responsible for problems attributable to the functioning/products/services of e-Stores or the Internet under their domain names.

Is the payment system of eComBot™ really safe ?
Yes. We offer 3 secure payment systems, namely SSL, SSL & 3DES (Real-Time) and SSL & CryptBot™ for credit card of AMEX, VISA, MASTER, SCB and JCB. The Real-Time system is supported by SIPS (Secure Internet Payment System) of Siam Commercial Bank which you will be informed about credit card approval within 1-2 minutes. They are world-standard security systems.

Can the subdomain name be linked to my domain name as http://www.ecombot1.com/store_id ?
Yes. You can register a domain name at http://www.thainic.net/ and notify us when it is done.

Can I have my own e-commerce system if e-ComBot standard systems do not fit my products? How much does it cost?
This can be done by changing the look of web pages generated from the original platform of eComBot™ database. The cost of doing this depends on the difficulty of modification.

Can I use only the shopping cart and payment systems when I already have my own web pages ?
Of course. You can simply put links from your product pages to the shopping cart and payment systems of eComBot™.

How do I avoid having the same look of my e-Store as others ?
The easiest way is to retouch and make your product pictures and logo larger than those of other e-Stores. However, if you want to have your own e-Store characteristics, you may need to have some pages restructured and redesigned.

Why is an uploaded picture distorted some time ?
Because the size of the picture does not comply with the default size.

How many types of promotional campaigns can I choose to use in my e-Store ?
Currently there is only one promotional system offerred in eComBot™. That is the price discount system. Anyhow in the near future more sales promotional tools will be added as free-of-charge features.

Can I update my e-Store by myself ?
Yes. You can update your e-Store database via web browser. Just click at "Edit e-Store" on the home page of eComBot™.

Is there a Tracking System in eComBot™ ?
Yes. Our Tracking System allows a buyer to see his/her order status. The buyer will get a URL with a login, a password and transaction no. after he/she completes the payment step. You as store owner can update the order status at any time. (Please see an example of buyer tracking system)

Can the eComBot™ webmaster modify contents of my e-Store ?
The eComBot™ webmaster reserves all rights to adjust, modify and/or delete information of your e-Store and/or stop the services, which is against the law, goodwill and morality of society. We will evaluate your e-Store in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. Your e-Store may be rejected if we determine at our sole discretion that it is not suitable for the program. Please be informed that we, eComBot™, have no any responsibility for your products/services/activities under these e-Stores. And you/your customers and any related third parties can not claim any compensation/fee from us.

Service Cancellation and Penalty
In case of some products that may need permission for sale or under jurisdiction of Thai Law, International Law or against traditional and social moral, Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ have all rights to request all the authorized documents which confirm the permission to sell the products. If the customer don't have the documents that Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ required, Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. have all rights to cancel / suspend our service and will not refund any service charge or product fee (in case of Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ is represented the customer to collect the product fee). And if the customer has the suspicious behavior, intend to fraud or has the behavior that may be endanger Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ or any other stores, Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ have all rights to cancel the service or to hold all product fee transfer until Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ have checked all the related documents which Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ request to customer. All of these measure have been stated for the convenient of your business, our business and customer satisfaction.

Permission to sell foods and drugs which are under the government control
As the distribution of foods and drugs on the internet is under the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), Ministry of Public Health control. So, the distributor of these categories of products must understand all of the Thai and International Law which are related. All of documents have to be submitted to Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ and FDA before the opening of e-store on eComBot™ . Otherwise, Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. / eComBot™ is subjected to cancel all of the services and will not refund any service charges or be responsible for any damages. So, please read the FDA Bulletin about how to request the permission and then consult and request permission from FDA and / or any related organization before trading on the internet.
